Ben Shapiro and others in the intellectual dark web frequently hide behind their love for the first amendment to make outrageous claims. “Freedom of speech and thought matters, especially when it is speech and thought with which we disagree. The moment the majority decides to destroy people for engaging in thought it dislikes, thought crime becomes a reality,” Shapiro said on his radio show.
Since Samantha Bee called Ivanka Trump a, “feckless cunt,” his tune has seemed to change in regards to free speech rights. “Here’s the thing about @iamsambee‘s evil little rant that’s particularly amazing: it was scripted. It was taped. Nobody thought twice about it.”
Shapiro has gone as far as saying that Bee should be fired for her words, hiding behind the justification of “bad ratings.” The Daily Wire wrote up an entire article today commenting on advertisers leaving Bee’s show, “TBS really can’t afford for her to lose any more ad revenue because it’s “already absorbed a blow in ad revenue generated by her weekly time slot.”
Shapiro fans have an idea of who they’d like to see take Bee’s time slot as well.
